Saitec has been accredited as an Environmental Collaboration Entity (ECA) level I, with registration number 16R03/2013/00000694, in the following fields of action:

  • Environmental impact assessment of projects.
  • Strategic environmental impact assessment.

Therefore, your company can count on Saitec to:

  • Verify and validate the necessary documentation for the processing of plans, programmes and projects and other actions subject to environmental assessment.
  • Verify and validate compliance with the documentary requirements demanded of the activities and assume responsibility for this verification in a co-responsible manner together with the promoter.
  • Verify and validate the adequacy of the installations with reference to the documents presented in the authorisation procedure, or in the communication or responsible declaration.
  • Prepare validation reports on the adoption and implementation of the corrective measures established for the start-up, as well as the closure of the activities.
  • Assisting the Department with responsibilities in environmental matters when requested to do so by carrying out partial or comprehensive environmental verifications of activities, drawing up the corresponding report.
  • Checking the documentation provided by the activities and monitoring it in the processing of subsidies, as well as carrying out the verification visit of the execution of subsidised equipment and installations.
  • Verifying and validating the monitoring reports of the environmental monitoring programmes, including the self-monitoring systems established by the activities and approved by the Department responsible for environmental matters.
